If you need to return an flawed fabric, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We will firstly look to replace the flawed fabric and if the fabric is no longer available, we will refund the price paid by you for the fabric.
We do not offer fabric exchanges after the order has been placed and finalized.
Reproduction of colours are as accurate as photographic processes allow, however, please note that product colours may vary from what is displayed on your computer monitor and may vary from monitor to monitor and device to device.
We suggest you order a fabric swatch so you can be sure the colour and texture of the fabric is what you have in mind for your project.
We ship to any address in New Zealand.
We use Aramex and New Zealand Post. We charge a flat rate of $10 (non-rural addresses) and $15 (rural addresses) for all purchases. These charges are applicable to New Zealand with the exception of Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and the Chatham Islands. We use New Zealand Post for shipping to these places due to high surcharges on the courier service. If you have any questions or queries on shipping please feel free to contact us. The goods are dispatched within the next working day after payment is received.
